I'm currently working on a upload service which will be free of charge and as simple as possible. Currently it is still in progress but it works, check it out at www.bandwidth.se!
It's made using PHP and mySQL and is hosted at my own server (playground) located in Stockholm, with a 100/10 mbit broadbandconnection provided by Bredbandsbolaget. The current features are uploading images in batches in a compressed file (RAR/ZIP), sorting them in galleries and the possibility to resize them when you upload your images. Suggestions for improvements are always welcome!
